Kaitlin Cook, LPC

Therapist + Owner

I received my Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science from Texas A & M University in 2015 and my Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of St. Thomas in 2017. Most of my time post graduation has been in behavioral hospital settings, running groups, assessments and family sessions with clients of all backgrounds and ages. I also have over 5 years experience working with adolescents in outpatient and residential settings and several years working with adults with severe mental diagnoses.

I am a big believer in finding things that light your soul on fire. I would say I tend to be very animated and heartfelt when talking about mental health with my clients and loved ones. I am in network with several major insurance companies in an effort to make therapy more accessible to my clients.

In my free time, I will usually be found cuddling with my 2 dogs watching the latest horror movie. A newer passion of mine is learning to cook, with my husband taking the lead. I have a fierce love of Tex Mex, alternative music and great weather.
